1. Agreement to Terms

Our platform integrates with third-party APIs including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram. By using these integrations, you agree to comply strictly with their respective developer policies:
- You will not use our platform to publish spam, hateful content, or materials that violate community guidelines.
- You understand that API limits are enforced by the networks (e.g., Meta, X), and PJ Digital Marketing is not responsible if a social network temporarily throttles or suspends your connected account due to your activity.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. You agree to promptly update your account and financial information, including email address and payment method.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PJ Digital Marketing and its licensors.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
