I'm still in the middle of the transition. i'm still in man-boy mode. and that won't go away for a while. but it's a fun time to be in, because it's very rare that people get to work through this time. it's rare to see a john cusack in say anything. it's rare that you'd find an actor right in the cusp of the child-to adult transition, just got through puberty, just getting into a different way of life. there's few movies like that, and few roles like that, so it's going to be tough to pick and choose. i guess the goal is good people, work with good people.

All over the world there are a lot of distributors that have the equipment for 3d but they don't have the movies really. the only source of 3d movies is hollywood. only hollywood sends the 3d movies. so it was an option.

Mainstream hollywood makes a few good movies a year. and in order to be in one of those, you have to be one of five people. hollywood makes many bad movies too, which i'm not interested in being a part of. but there are only a few good independent movies a year, and many, many bad ones. i want to be in good movies, and i want people to see them.

If you wish to have power and influence over the many, be faithful (disciplined) when there is just a few. if you have a few employees, a few distributors, a few people, that's the time to stay in touch and be totally absorbed -- when there is just a few.

This i choose to do. if there is a price, this i choose to pay. if it is my death, then i choose to die. where this takes me, there i choose to go. i choose. this i choose to do.

I think you've got to pay the price for anything that's worthwhile, and success is paying the price. you've got to pay the price to win, you've got to pay the price to stay on top, and you 've got to pay the price to get there.
